Rules of inspection of the used vehicle, its description
Important!!! It is prohibited to take photos of the vehicle with the Seller’s logo or any other distinguishing signs. There should be no Seller’s logos or any distinguishing signs in the background of the photos.
General examination

The vehicle is photographed by taking a close-up photo from all four angles, including a full view from the front and from the back. Photos from the angles should be taken in such a way so that to have a good view of both photographed planes. While taking a photo, distance from the vehicle should be around 2 m. Photos of the vehicle should be taken in the order shown in the picture below. (PHOTO)

Additional photos of the vehicle are taken from the front and from the back.

Number of the ignition keys of the vehicle (PHOTO)

Check for any faults, notices on the dashboard, on-board computer when the engine is started, so that mileage is seen. (PHOTO)

Any additional equipment, as for e.g. A/C, electric windows, speed control, electric seats, etc.

(PHOTO) Interior of the vehicle. Take photos when each of the vehicle doors are open, so that the seats are clearly visible. (PHOTO)

Passenger section. If the vehicle is a passenger minibus (number of seats) (PHOTO)

Engine compartment and boot (PHOTO)

Verify the vehicle VIN number with the VIN number specified in the original vehicle registration certificate.

Find the vehicle identification plate (PHOTO)

Service books, first page (where the chassis number indicated) and the last completed maintenance works (PHOTO) Where available.

Take photos of all four wheels so that to have a good view of the tyre tread depth. (PHOTO) In case of the alloy wheels, their condition, description. (PHOTO)

Description of defects

Carefully examine exterior and interior of the vehicle for any abrasion, dents, corrosion, any worn, lacking parts or any torn places. Photos must be taken of all visible LARGE DEFECTS. Examination and photographing are carried out clockwise, starting from the front angle on the driver’s side. (DEF. PHOTO)

Examine the windscreen of the vehicle for any cracks or damage caused by stones. (DEF. PHOTO)

Examine the vehicle from below as much as possible; in case of a flatbed or trailer, examine the frame. (DEF. PHOTO)

Inspection of mechanical part

Check the level of coolant, oil, brake fluid, power steering, if it is sufficient. Make sure that the colour of fluids does not raise any suspicions. (NOTES).............................................................................................................

Do a test drive with the vehicle, listen well and check for any vibration and/ or any unusual noise coming from the engine compartment, gear box, rear axle or chassis.... It is very important to check how smooth is changing of gears. (NOTES).............................................................................................................

Check the clutch operation for any unusual sounds and whether they do not overspin after more intense accelerating, when driving with a higher gear on. It is important to listen, whether the sound does not change when the clutch is pressed and released, while shutting the engine off. After starting the engine, before starting to drive, turn the steering wheel to both sides and check if it is easy turned and is there are no unusual sounds. (NOTES)..................................................................................
